LogMeIn Completes Merger with Citrix’s GoTo Business
LogMeIn announced the completion of its previously disclosed merger with Citrix Systems, Inc.’s GetGo, Inc. subsidiary, a wholly owned subsidiary consisting of Citrix’s GoTo family of service offerings.
