QPC, the specialist contact centre services and solutions company, has expanded its EMEA presence with the appointment of Genesys specialist Craig Stevenson as Senior Technical Consultant.

Craig brings over 20 years’ contact centre experience to QPC. He was previously Implementation Services Manager at Interactive Intelligence (acquired by Genesys in 2016) where he was responsible for the EMEA Professional Services implementation consultants and engineers. Craig also worked as a Senior Support Engineer and Implementation Consultant during his 7 years within the Interactive Intelligence Service Department.
During his 20+ years working in contact centres he has been an advisor, supervisor and manager. Brining a wealth of knowledge from the front end of contact centres operations as well as his expertise in the technical and back office systems. Most recently he was running his own Genesys consultancy company and worked with a UK based customer, consulting with different departments and engineering the solution to offer an excellent customer experience via their contact centre.
