Noble Systems was issued 32 new patents for its contact centre technologies in 2016, continuing its commitment to providing market-leading solutions that meet their clients’ critical needs, and to protecting those technology investments for clients.
The 32 issued patents, including the company’s 100th patent, extend Noble’s remarkable patent growth over the past four years. Resulting from collaboration across the company to identify and document innovative technologies, the new patents are related to a number of Noble Systems’ different product offerings in such areas as campaign forecasting and scheduling, speech analytics, secure payment transactions, compliance enforcement for dialing mobile numbers, data security, and more. - 9,472,188 entitled “Predicting Outcomes for Events Based On Voice Characteristics and Content of a Contact Center Communication”
- 9,473,634 entitled “Management System for Using Speech Analytics to Enhance Contact Center Agent Conformance”
