Leading global BPO and customer experience expert, Webhelp, is pleased to announce that as of the 1st Of April 2017 it will begin to provide the National Operations Centre service for the Co-op Group Facilities Team. The new service will focus on a combination of voice, webchat and email customer communication. The contract will be handled from Webhelp’s Derby site.
