Continuing its mission to deliver open solutions to customers, Unify, the Atos brand for communications software and services, announced that its OpenScape Desk Phone CP family has successfully completed compatibility testing with the BroadSoft Business BroadWorks call control platform. Customers can now be assured that they can leverage the high-quality OpenScape Desk Phone CP Family, even if they are not currently using a Unify telephony platform.
The OpenScape Desk Phone CP family includes a range of high-quality phones delivering superior voice quality, energy efficiency, security and availability. The phones offer an intuitive design aimed at improving productivity with an efficient layout of phone features and numerous interoperability options. Completing interoperability testing on the BroadSoft Business BroadWorks call control platform simplifies deployment of the OpenScape Desk Phone CP family for those customers using that platform.

BroadSoft conducts testing regarding product interoperability and provides configuration details to customers. Unify’s OpenScape Desk Phone models CP200, CP400, and CP600 have successfully completed compatibility tests with BroadSoft.
