Vonage Appoints Rory Read Chief Executive Officer

Vonage announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Rory Read as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2020. Mr. Read will succeed Alan Masarek, who will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
