PRESS RELEASE: Award-winning Swindon-based Contact Centre Carpeo, has appointed a Business Development Director as it continues its growth and expands into new sectors.
Mark Coleman, has joined from Teleperformance where he was VP of Global Accounts. Mark brings to Carpeo 20 years of client management and sales experience, having worked for both national and international businesses in the contact centre outsourcing industry. He previously worked for Capgemini, Ventura and 24/7. For the last 5 years, he was VP of Global Accounts for Teleperformance.
Asked why he has moved across from the worlds’ largest contact centre outsourcer, Mark says “I want to use my industry knowledge, experience and approach to ensure clients get the very best out of their outsourcing partnerships.“ He continues “The priorities of outsourcers and clients are often misaligned, resulting in strained relationships and ultimately a lack of focus on customer experience.
