IOVOX wins Big Data and IoT Excellence Award

PRESS RELEASE: IOVOX, a global call analytics company, has added to its growing trophy case having won the Outstanding Analytics Infrastructure Award at Computing’s 2017 Big Data and IoT Excellence Awards. IOVOX was shortlisted along with Aqulia Insight, IBM and Zebra Technologies and was declared winner by a judging panel which included representatives from Computing, CERN and the European Space Agency.

With 15 categories covering all aspects of Big Data and the Internet of Things, the awards celebrated the achievements of the IT industry’s best Big Data and IoT companies, products and personalities. The winners were announced at a ceremony in London on Wednesday May 17th.

Adding to a prestigious week for IOVOX, Founder and CEO Ryan Gallagher also made the finals of Information Age’s Data 50 Awards in the Internet and Telecoms category. In addition, IOVOX’s George Simpson was a runner-up in last week’s Professional Sales Awards for Best Sales Newcomer of the Year. These recognitions come during the same period that IOVOX was named a winner of the Red Herring Top 100 Europe Award, presented in April at an awards ceremony in Amsterdam.

The mission at IOVOX is to make data from all phone calls useful, actionable and valuable to customers. IOVOX fulfils this mission through its enterprise analytics solutions, but is also aiming to redefine what call tracking means through its upcoming launch of a new solution that makes data from any call – mobile or desktop – actionable and able to be integrated into traditional enterprise workflows. This history of innovation has stood out among the judges in recent competitions.
