Interactions, LLC, a leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise customer care, has been named to Forbes’ Next Billion-Dollar Startup List for 2017. The list highlights the 25 companies Forbes’ editorial staff, TrueBridge Capital Partners and venture firms believe are most likely to reach $1 billion or more in valuation in the near future.
“It’s an honor to be named to Forbes’ Next Billion-Dollar Startup List,” said Mike Iacobucci, CEO of Interactions. “We’re bringing modern customer care to enterprises regardless of the channel through our Intelligent Virtual Assistants. In the last few years, we’ve brought together more than 1,000 patents, assembled an amazingly talented team, and engineered a solution that creates seamless communication between companies and customers. We appreciate the recognition for our strategic vision and execution.”
Interactions IVAs combine artificial intelligence with human understanding to deliver the best possible interactions between companies and customers. This means customers can communicate naturally with the IVA to efficiently complete tasks that traditionally require agents. Customers realize a more productive and less frustrating experience, while companies experience more efficient automation – even for complex and lengthy transactions.
Some of the world’s largest brands, across industries, partner with Interactions to communicate with customers across voice, chat, text and social media. Companies like Hyatt, Humana, SRP, TXU Energy and more use Interactions IVAs to significantly improve customer service.
To compile its Next Billion-Dollar Startup List for 2017, Forbes partnered with TrueBridge Capital Partners which surveyed 195 venture firms to nominate startups most likely to reach a $1 billion dollar valuation. An initial list of nearly 100 U.S. companies was cut to 25 by evaluating revenue numbers, recent valuations, investors, customer data, business model and growth trajectory.
