Interactions Announces Mark Quinlivan as President

Interactions, LLC, a leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise customer care announced that Mark Quinlivan has joined the company as President. Quinlivan comes to Interactions with more than 25 years of leadership experience domestically and internationally, both with startups and multi-billion dollar companies.

Quinlivan’s focus at Interactions is to help continue drive sales and innovation and establish a growing international presence that quickly extends Interactions vision for modern customer care across the globe.

Quinlivan’s career has been marked by leading and developing technology organizations on three different continents. This includes doubling the revenue, and more than tripling profits, for a large business unit at a multi-billion dollar company in an 18-month span; deploying Europe’s first large-scale Intelligent Network Solution; deploying a cloud-based mobile analytics solution to 140 million mobile devices throughout the world; serving as COO of eDocs, the self-service billing systems provider that enabled more than 300 Million users worldwide, and playing an instrumental role in its 2004 acquisition by Siebel Systems, a subsidiary of Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL). Most recently Quinlivan was CEO and co-founder of Confer, a disruptive next-gen endpoint security platform that he guided through rapid growth and successful exit.
