Oliver Kipp has been appointed Chief Customer Officer at MaritzCX, the leading provider of customer experience software and services solutions.
Oliver Kipp will focus on helping MaritzCX key clients maximize value and create measurable results from the MaritzCX solutions. Bringing program management, technology, consultancy and research science together for a large client base of leading companies from the automotive, financial services, logistics, airline, pharmaceutical, media and industrial sector, Kipp is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to MaritzCX’s clients.
