CLX Communications a leading provider of global cloud-based communication solutions announced that it has agreed to a new messaging partnership with Groupon, the global, local e-commerce marketplace where people discover and save on amazing things to do, see, eat and buy in their local neighbourhood.
The partnership follows a successful U.S.-based 3-month trial, implemented in the late summer of 2017. The initiative allows Groupon to provide a more comprehensive and tailored customer experience for their user base.
Groupon’s trial for messaging included use cases such as sending notifications about when new offers are launching in a user’s local area and reminders to use their Groupons.
