PCI Pal Strengthens Channel Strategy with New VP Hire

PCI Pal, the secure payments solution provider for contact centres, has appointed senior channel leader, Darren Gill, as VP of Channels for North America. Gill joins the business from Genesys and will leverage his in-depth understanding of the contact centre market to drive PCI Pal’s channel partnerships in North America. Darren will report to Grafton Potter, SVP of Sales for North America.

Founded in the UK, PCI Pal expanded into the US market in 2017, opening its first office in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the past year, the team has seen consistent growth, evolving its product set and migrating its PCI DSS solutions to become the only true cloud provider able to deliver global PCI services for contact centers. As part of an increased focus on partner expansion, the creation of this new, channel-focused role is a key element of the business’ global growth strategy.
