Arvato CRM Solutions has strengthened its senior sales team with the addition of two new directors to support its continued growth, following a string of new contract wins.
The company provides technology-driven customer experience and business process optimisation services to the public and private sector. Its clients include the Department for Education and Fremantle – one of the world’s largest media content producers and distributors.
Mike Orlic has been appointed as a new Business Development Director, joining from TTEC, a global customer experience, business process outsourcing (BPO) and digital technology company, where he served as the Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice-President of Sales for Firstsource, and spent nine years as the EMEA Sales Director for Convergys, now Concentrix. Mike will be responsible for continuing to expand the firm’s private sector new business pipeline.
Alex Palmer is taking on the role of Director of Bids and Solutions, bringing with him 19 years of experience from Xerox, where he served as International Account Director and Vice President of EMEA Bid Operations, overseeing all bid management activities in the region. He will be responsible for ownership of the end-to-end bid process, including forecasting, bid and solution strategy, and go-to-market proposition alignment.
These recent appointments build on a strong period for the business and follow the arrivals of James Towner from WNS Global Services as Chief Growth Officer and Nathian Carnall from Sitel as Chief Operating Officer.
New client wins include global natural health and footwear brand VIVOBAREFOOT to support its international growth, automation to drive digital transformation for Dudley Council, and a new three-year contract with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) to deliver financial analysis and due diligence services.
