Transcom enters into agreement to divest Danish Credit Management Services operations for an equity value of EUR 13.0 million

TranscomWorldwideIncPRESS RELEASE: Transcom WorldWide AB announced that the company has signed an agreement to divest its Danish Credit Management Services operations (CMS Denmark) for an equity value of EUR 13.0 million to Inga Acquisition ApS, a holding company of the current management team and an investment company. The consideration will be paid in cash at closing. The transaction is expected to close in March 2016. PRESS RELEASE: Transcom today announced that funds advised by Altor Fund Manager AB have acquired 6.4 million shares in Transcom, corresponding to 24.5 percent of the ordinary shares, from Investment AB Kinnevik. Following this transaction, Investment AB Kinnevik will retain 1.9 million shares in Transcom, corresponding to 7.4% of the ordinary shares. Transcom appoints Ulrik Englund as CFO

PRESS RELEASE: Transcom announced that it has appointed Ulrik Englund as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
