Alorica Announces European Expansion in Sofia, Bulgaria

Alorica, the world’s leading platform for all customer interactions announced its strategy to strengthen its position in Europe by adding a contact centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. The expansion is in response to the growing demand for business process outsourcing (BPO) services in Europe.

The new Alorica Sofia site has already hired more than 100 employees, but is expected to grow by another 100 local team members by the end of the year.

In total, by the end of 2018, Alorica will have more than 350 employees in the region, servicing multiple FORTUNE 50, global clients in the transportation & logistics and technology industries.
