Since first introducing the new partnership to the market this summer, this alliance has already yielded customer success in multiple regions and is gaining momentum. For example, two leading U.S.-based healthcare providers, a Central and Latin American (CALA) public safety organization, and a large EMEA-based outsourcer have already displaced the other WFO vendor by purchasing various hosted and on-premises Verint customer engagement solutions—including workforce optimization and voice of the customer analytics tools—through this collaboration.*
