This is based on reviews of their Freshservice IT Service Management (ITSM) platform on the Gartner peer review website gathered during 2017.
Freshworks has received more than 120 reviews and ratings from Freshservice users through the Peer Insights portal, with an average rating of 4.4 out of 5.0, where a score of 5.0 is completely satisfied. The majority of those that provided ratings selected Freshservice as they were seeking to create internal/operational efficiencies (108 ratings) and improve customer relations/service (105 ratings).
In the ratings, the majority of those that provided their feedback listed that Freshservice was chosen for its product functionality and performance (107 reviewers), followed by the overall cost (86 reviewers) and for its strong customer focus (53 reviewers).
