Directors Club are delighted to announce the results for the Online Self-Service Experience Category of the 2023 edition of the UK National Innovation Awards competition.
The results were announced on a Results Gala Webcast along with the results for the Citizen and Employee categories (below).

Runner-up: Manhattan Associates
Finalist: Red Technology
The judges were UK-based practitioners in the fields of customer experience, customer contact, and customer service. All judges represented significant organisations.
