Arvato CRM Solutions is rebranding to ‘ArvatoConnect’. This new identity reflects our current growth trajectory and makes a bold statement of intent for our future strategy and social impact ethos.
In recent years, our proposition has expanded significantly to now incorporate both customer experience and business optimisation services, underpinned by innovative, technology-led solutions.
This includes new client wins such as global natural health and footwear brand VIVOBAREFOOT to support its international growth, automation to drive digital transformation for Dudley Council, and a new three-year contract with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) to deliver financial analysis and due diligence services.
Under the new brand, we are now embarking on the next stage of our journey. This will be marked by an even greater focus on developing and expanding cutting-edge digital technologies and services – including automation, artificial intelligence and analytics – through our extensive partner ecosystem.
Our continued support for our clients will enable them to form stronger connections with customers and go the extra mile to deliver high quality service, all while having a positive, measurable social impact and continuing to develop engaged, inclusive and diverse teams.
The rebrand will begin in February and progress throughout 2024.
“The world is changing at lightning speed. There is an endless need to reinvent and to push forward. We believe this requires a different type of customer experience and business optimisation partner. One that believes in being demanding. Not being content with good enough. And never resting on your laurels.
We have already and continue to invest in our people, technology, and solutions – all with the belief that we shouldn’t have to choose between business growth, sustainability and bringing real value to our local communities. This will allow us to be future shaping and experience making to support our current and future clients reshape how they work and how they connect with those who matter most, while confidently embracing change. In turn, we believe this will further strengthen our position in the UK market and within our existing trusted partnerships.” Debra Maxwell, CEO at ArvatoConnect
“Our new brand builds on our strong foundations and is bold, dynamic, reflects our personality and, most importantly is engaging for the market, clients and employees alike.
The new ArvatoConnect name reflects our core strength of developing trusted, long-lasting connections – whether this is for clients with their citizens and customers; connecting the right technologies to deliver improved outcomes; helping our people to connect with their colleagues and exciting development opportunities; or positively connecting in the communities we serve and the wider planet. It also demonstrates the clarity of focus of our leadership team in our ambitions to deliver sustainable growth.” Naomi Turner, Director of Marketing & Communications at ArvatoConnect
The rebrand builds on a strong period for us and follows a string of new client wins, the arrival of Chief Growth Officer, James Towner, and Chief Operating Officer, Nathian Carnall, as well as a new headquarters, chosen with environmental impact and employee wellbeing in mind.
ArvatoConnect is a trusted partner to leading global brands and organisations – including government departments and local authorities. Our clients, amongst others, include VIVOBAREFOOT, a major global high street retailer, Crown Commercial Services, the Department for Education, Fremantle and a premium automotive group. We are headquartered in Datchet, with other offices in Swansea, Newcastle and Willerby.
