This powerful alliance between digital experience analytics and customer feedback combines meaningful context from the customer journey with in-depth voice of the customer data, giving users a full view of the digital customer experience.
The alliance between Mopinion and Contentsquare brings customer feedback to life with an extra layer of visual and behavioural insights. With this new integration, users will gain access to views of the journey before and after feedback. The user will also be able to view session replays regarding specific feedback items and examine in-page behaviour with high and low feedback scores. Once users analyse this data, they can effectively quantify visitor struggles and start taking meaningful actions to improve the digital experience and customer journey.
