Webhelp Wins European Contract with Unilever

Global customer experience and business process outsourcer, Webhelp, has been selected by international consumer goods giant Unilever, to deliver customer contact services across Europe. The contract will see Webhelp handling the day to day management of the customer voice, email and whitemail communications for around 400 of Unilever’s consumer brands from sites in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Italy. Black Friday 2016. Bigger. Better. Digital?

The management team of Webhelp partners with KKR

PRESS RELEASE: Webhelp, the global business process management and outsourcing solutions group, announced that it has entered into an agreement with KKR, a leading global investment firm, as new investor and financial partner. The Webhelp management team will now become controlling shareholders, alongside KKR, while Charterhouse Capital Partners will step back after over four years of successful collaboration with the company.
