Solutionreach announced it has partnered with VoIP business phone system provider Jive by LogMeIn. This new relationship will provide options for Solutionreach customers so they can utilize faster, easier communication, and take advantage of new products and services now and into the future.

SR Spotlight will appear in a pop-up window triggered by the inbound call and show the practice if it is a known patient or unknown caller. For current patients, the pop up will also show important information that allows the practice to address any questions or outstanding issues in a single call.
