Conduit Global, a pioneer in cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) announced its selection to the G-Cloud 10 framework. The company is now a secure, trusted Crown Commercial Services Provider of cloud contact centre software and support services.
The Government Cloud (“G-Cloud”), a Crown Commercial Services programme, is an ongoing and iterative programme to adopt a “cloud first” approach using on-demand delivery models. The Cloud First Policy mandates the Central Government consider G- Cloud in the first instance, to consider suitability so as to redefine the way the public sector procures and operates ICT.
The G-Cloud framework gives consumers off-the-shelf, utility, cloud systems and services. More than 2,800 suppliers, offering nearly 19,500 services, are part of the framework. Since its inception in 2008, G-Cloud has seen more than £3 billion of spend. This year’s G-Cloud, G-Cloud 10, is very similar to G-Cloud 9 but includes cyber security and provisions for GDPR.
With the inclusion of Conduit Global as a trusted supplier in the digital marketplace, the G Cloud-10 framework provides UK public sector organisations with more choices to buy innovative cloud software and services to accelerate cloud adoption in a reasonable and cost-effective manner.
The inclusion of Conduit Global within the framework means the company’s flagship product, CX100, an omnichannel Cloud Contact Centre Software-as-a-Service solution (CCaaS), can provide customers with the perfect experience on any device or via any interaction channel (mobile, web, phone, social-media) at any point in their customer journey. CX100 is based on proven, industry-leading technologies and deployable in any combination of PCI and GDPR compliant environments.
Conduit Global has seen a growing demand for cloud and is expanding its BPO services with the CX100 suite, which delivers true omnichannel support to enterprise contact centres. CX100 is a flexible, best-in-class cloud based solution: it displaces legacy platforms, reducing capital outlay while transforming customer experiences.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the G-Cloud framework,” said Robert German, Business Development Director, Conduit Global. “We are honoured to be able to now tell current and potential customers in the UK public sector that we are a secure, trusted Crown Commercial Services Provider, and that they can now procure from our CX100 suite of cloud contact centre solutions. The UK is one of our most important markets, and our successful G-Cloud 10 application is proof of the value we offer and our dedication to provide the cloud contact centre services to our current and future customers who need to digitally transform their organisations.”
