Maintel appoints Czarina Sheikh Mathew as Customer Experience Director

Maintel, the cloud and managed service specialist announces the appointment of Czarina Sheikh Mathew as Customer Experience Director, tasked with ensuring Maintel continues to put customers at the heart of all operations and creating world-class customer experiences.

The role will see Czarina lead a companywide programme reviewing and improving customer experience at every touchpoint, working with customers to develop feedback which will not only improve operations, but every aspect of a customer’s relationship with Maintel – from prospect, through to order, onto delivery and into service.

Czarina has over 25 years’ experience in customer specific roles, including Head of Customer Experience at Intrinsic which was acquired by Maintel in 2017, affording her an already comprehensive knowledge of Maintel’s customer base. Czarina will also bring experience from her previous positions at DotOnes, Advanced 365 and HP Enterprise Security Services.
