Comdata completes the acquisition of CCA International

Comdata, international leader in Customer Interaction & Process Management (CIPM), announced the completion of its acquisition of CCA International (CCAI), one of the top players in France in customer experience outsourcing with revenues of €164m.

CCA International develops a multi-shore, digital and Pan-European offer through 24 sites in 12 countries and counts important e-commerce players among its 120 clients. With this acquisition, COMDATA doubles its presence on the French market, growing its geographical locations in Europe as well as its sector coverage.

Following this acquisition, the new entity, COMDATA Holding France, will be led by Maxime DIDIER and will realize over €300m to hold second place in its domestic market. COMDATA Group will achieve a global revenue of €1 billion, confirming its ambition to actively participate in the current consolidation of the market, at both European and international levels.
