The Tyneside contact centre is looking to fill 155 temporary customer service representative roles working across its largest client, DPD, to handle an increase in demand as more parcels are sent. “Good sports” at Ascensos Contact Centre

Ascensos’ new contact centre on the Isle of Wight went “live” for the first time today (Monday 25th September) as its first intake of 60 team members started handling enquiries for the first time on behalf of sports retailing giant, JD Sports.
