60k Shortlisted for Four GSA Awards

60K are very happy to announce that they has been nominated for the 2018 GSA Global Sourcing Awards.

This time around, 60K have been selected in the following categories:

  • BPO Contract of the Year with Zumba Project
  • Service Provider of the Year
  • Partner Collaboration Project of the Year with Zumba Project
  • Customer Experience Provider of the Year

    60k has been shortlisted to compete in the 0 – 1001 employees division of the awards, together with some of the top businesses in the industry.

60K have been shortlisted for the Global Sourcing Awards a total of 3 times and have won one award for Best Outsourced Customer Service Team with Thomas Cook project in 2013.

The GSAs are the home of the Global Sourcing Standard – a portfolio of best practice methodologies and accreditation programmes supported by both buyers and suppliers of sourcing.

This year, the award ceremony is scheduled for October.
