Its new real-time notification feature is now available for all free and paid customers to utilise. Built to engage agents and ensure valuable feedback is acted on, real-time notifications automatically alert agents of new feedback via email and from inside the app, whilst evaluators are notified when interactions are assigned to them
And as with the EvaluAgent platform itself, the feature is completely flexible giving you the option to customise SLAs and set notification preferences.
