Voxpro – powered by TELUS International, today announced the creation of 400 new jobs in Cork, alongside the opening of a new and expanding office footprint in City Gate Mahon, adjacent to Voxpro’s current HQ in Cork.
This announcement will see Voxpro’s total number of jobs in Ireland grow to 3,000 across Cork and Dublin and 5,000 globally, with further expansion planned over the next 18 months. Voxpro is scaling operations globally alongside TELUS International, with locations across North and Central America, Europe and an expanding presence in Asia, supporting Digital Transformation, Business Excellence Outsourcing, ITO and digital customers in over 40 languages across the globe.
Voxpro’s new Campus 2 in Cork, located in City Gate Mahon, has been built to compete with the standards, capacity and design of Voxpro’s partners’ offices and will extend to almost 40,000 square feet. The new full-time roles will be spread across the breadth of the business in management, training, tech support, CX operations, sales, trust & safety and finance.
