A newly announced partnership between leading customer experience solutions provider Geomant, and Zagreb-based business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) company M+ Group, has resulted in the creation of Geomant Global.
Geomant Global, which will be jointly owned by current Geomant shareholders and M+ following the transaction, will become one of the strongest customer experience software providers in Central Europe, as well as competing in the global marketplace.
Geomant’s impressive 20-year track record in the successful delivery of product innovation and professional services meant the company was the standout choice when M+ Group was on the hunt for a technology partner. M+ Group needed to find a solution provider that could help meet its customers’ changing needs and service the increasing shift towards digital customer engagement. The deal with M+ Group gives Geomant the financial strength to accelerate its cloud operations and infrastructure programmes and will enable a further extension of its global footprint, already strengthened with the company’s 2019 acquisition of US-based Inova Solutions. Geomant Global will provide cutting-edge customer experience management and customer communications management solutions, as well as introducing chatbots, robotic process automation, customer experience orchestration and other emerging technologies for M+ Group’s existing and future clients.
