Timico Ltd, completed the acquisition of Arcus Cloud Services Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Arcus Global Ltd.

Arcus Cloud Services is known for great managed services and our innovative use of AWS. Joining Timico means we can provide those services more widely, increase scale, and do more for our customers with complementary connectivity, security, and managed service solutions.

Now part of the Timico Group, our team provides a strengthened capability in Timico’s portfolio of digital transformation solutions and managed services, also expanding its public sector footprint and complementing Timico’s recent appointment to the G-Cloud 12 Framework.

Tim Lancaster joins Timico CEO, Neil Muller’s leadership team and will continue to lead the Arcus Cloud Services team as Managing Director.
