Arvato CRM Solutions lays foundations for further sustainable growth with new HQ

Arvato CRM Solutions has opened a new 278-seat headquarters in Botanica Ditton Park, Datchet.

The business says the new 25,000 sq. ft site, which replaces its previous headquarters at Phoenix One on Farnham Road, was selected because of its strong alignment with the firm’s focus on social impact, reducing its environmental impact and supporting employee wellbeing.

The premises, surrounded by 200-acres of open landscape, are powered by 100% renewable electricity and have been awarded a Green Apple in recognition of their international leadership in environmental conservation.

They will provide employees with enhanced facilities, including an on-site café and coffee bar, gym, pop-up shops, sporting facilities, secure bike storage and access to a range of activities and classes – including workshops in harvesting honey from the three onsite beehives.

Arvato CRM Solutions has equipped the Botanica Ditton Park site by recycling office furniture from its previous facility, saving more than 39,000 kgs of CO2 in the process.

The new office’s smaller size is a reflection of the business’ policy of enabling remote and hybrid working to provide flexibility for employees, which will significantly reduce the headquarters’ operational carbon footprint. This will build on the business’ existing measures to reduce environmental impact, including its policy of sending zero office waste to landfill and sourcing all IT equipment on a net carbon neutral basis.

Debra Maxwell, CEO, Arvato CRM Solutions, said: “This new office gives us the perfect base from which to continue to build on our recent growth.

“We need less physical space for our head office because we’re empowering our colleagues through technology to work remotely. This itself is part of our efforts to build a more resilient, healthier and happier workforce, and will directly help us move closer to our commitment of reaching Net Zero by 2030.

“We simply don’t believe that you need to choose between business growth, sustainability and bringing value to your employees. This space is an affirmation of that. We’re excited to be joining the Botanica community, and a huge thanks to all who have helped us make this move go so smoothly.”

The relocation of Arvato CRM Solution’s headquarters follows a series of senior appointments, overseas expansion and string of new contract wins.

In late March, the business welcomed James Towner from WNS Global Services in the newly-created position of Chief Growth Officer, and appointed Nathian Carnall from Sitel as Chief Operating Officer.

James is responsible for driving digital innovation to help the company’s future and existing clients – which range from global retailers to central government departments – better tackle current and future challenges, while Nathian is leading the delivery of customer experience and business optimisation services.

The business recently secured a new digital customer experience partnership with global natural health and footwear brand VIVOBAREFOOT to support the brand’s UK and international growth and has expanded its footprint into South Africa to give clients greater choice in how its solutions are delivered. This complements the services it currently provides from its five existing UK offices.
