Calabrio, the workforce performance company, has appointed Dillon Nugent as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With more than 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, Nugent brings a wealth of expertise in building and scaling marketing efforts to enable growth strategies at software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies.
She joins Calabrio’s executive leadership team and will report to CEO, Kevin Jones. “Dillon’s vision and prowess around engaging customers and fuelling business growth will undoubtedly propel Calabrio to new heights,” said Jones. “Her experience in the SaaS space and track record of unlocking the full potential of brands aligns perfectly with our mission to empower smarter, more successful contact centres.”
Nugent joins Calabrio from Khoros, an award-winning, AI-powered customer engagement platform provider, where she served as CMO. At Khoros, Nugent was responsible for designing and delivering the company’s global marketing strategy, including brand awareness, demand generation, and expanding customer relationships with thousands of global enterprise brands. During her time at Khoros, Nugent played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Spredfast and Lithium, rebranding the unified company as Khoros. Nugent has experience implementing agile marketing strategies, launching programmatic and account-based marketing (ABM), and driving market presence with a customer-centric approach. Prior to Khoros, Nugent served as head of Marketing at Spiceworks, an online community where technology buyers and sellers collaborate, seek advice from one another, and engage in a marketplace to purchase IT-related services and products.
