The app – available for download in both the App Store and Google Play Store – encourages users to work smarter with cutting-edge tools like in-app calling, voicemail transcription and outbound calling from business numbers.
Having played a major role in the creation and delivery of the new app, Moneypenny’s product manager, Sarah Baker, comments: “We focused on client feedback, learning about their wants and needs to ensure that every feature would benefit the user. In-app calling, for example, is one of our brand new tools. Using this feature, clients are able to receive calls from their Moneypenny PA completely free of charge.”
The new app allows clients to easily keep in touch with their Moneypenny PA and improves efficiency with innovative features such as;
Calls & messages – All calls and messages accessible in one place, with the option to block certain callers or set others as VIPs
In-app calling – With this feature activated, calls transferred from the user’s Moneypenny PA via the app are free
Outbound calling – Allows the user to make calls from their business number on a mobile device
Voicemail transcription – Enables users to read their voicemails
Call recording – Any calls made and received within the app can be recorded
GPS automation – Uses GPS location technology when activated to inform the user’s Moneypenny PA about their location and update messaging instructions accordingly
