Quality and Security Standards renewed for Eckoh

Eckoh, the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, has received re-certification for two ISO Standards, covering the UK as well as Europe and includes the Omnichannel portfolio.

ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate Number 214996) for Quality Management and BS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 (Certificate Number 218884) for Information Security cover the design, build and hosting of complex interactive contact solutions and services with the UK and EU that enable users to interact and obtain information or execute transactions. Sectors include utilities, financial services, leisure and media, outsourcing and logistics, public sector, retail, transport and telecommunications.

The British Assessment Bureau carried out the rigorous audit and on 3rd May 2019 issued the certificates with an expiry date of 2nd May 2022.

Dave Holiday, Global IT Director commented: “This certification, and the audit process, covers all aspects of the way that Eckoh operates – from marketing, sales and account management to development, testing, delivery and operations plus corporate functions, finance and HR. The eight-day audit collected information through Interview, Observation and Evidence from a wide range of people right across the business. All those involved were able to demonstrate their department’s procedures and policies in a way that I can only describe as ‘exceptional’.”

Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer commented: “This certification is a significant achievement and illustrates that we are able to articulate clearly what we do and do what we say. That level of clarity across the business underpins our integrity and the passion for our solutions and their delivery across our Secure Payment, Contact Centre and Omnichannel engagement technology.”
