Dynamic Yield, the AI-Powered Personalization Anywhere™ platform, announced the release of its Audience Export Manager – a new feature allowing companies to utilize the rich customer data captured by Dynamic Yield across enterprise systems like email service providers (ESPs), ad networks, call centre solutions, and more.
Positioned at the last mile of the customer experience, Dynamic Yield collects and analyzes huge amounts of user data, combining CRM, on-site behavior, purchase history, product preferences, and more to build one powerful dataset from which to deliver on-site personalization. With the company’s new Audience Export Manager, all of this data can now be easily accessed in other marketing execution systems, which has substantial applications for enterprises.
Examples of how Audience Export Manager can be used include:
