Onecom, the UK’s leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialist, has acquired Portsmouth-based cloud technologies provider On-Site Connect Limited’s UK customer base and operating assets.

This is Onecom’s second acquisition of 2023, and its 10th since LDC invested in 2019. The transaction brings the On-Site team, business assets and customer contracts into the Onecom Group.

Onecom is backed by mid-market private equity firm LDC which is fuelling the Hampshire-based business’s ambitious growth strategy.
