Teleperformance wins big at 2019 ECCCSA’s and Global Sourcing awards

The ECCCSA (European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards) awards took place on Tuesday evening in London and Teleperformance won six awards, including the main ‘Best Pan European Contact Centre’ category.

Out of a total of 13 company nominations, Teleperformance was the biggest winner of the night, winning a record number of ECCCSA awards as the best company across six categories in 2019: Best Multilingual Contact Center, Best Large Outsourcing Partnership, Most Effective Management of Peak Demand, Best Use of Customer Insights, Giving Something Back and Best Pan-European company of the year.

On Wednesday 27th, Teleperformance were also awarded the prestigious ‘Public Sector Project of the Year Award’ in partnership with the Department for Education at the 2019 GSA (Global Sourcing Association UK) awards in London.
