The UCHU HUB was designed from the outset to be a highly secure collaborative platform blending automation with simple digital experiences that enable customers to evolve their operations. UCHU needed a voice biometric authentication solution to provide at least AES-256 encryption to meet their customers’ cyber needs, providing confidence that their corporate and customer data is secure.
After extensively searching for a product that met the requirements for providing secure voice biometrics, UCHU found Aculab’s cloud-based voice platform as a solution to this requirement. Aculab’s VoiSentry API offers easy integration of its advanced voice biometric engine, which can provide symmetric encryption for both enrolment and verification.
