Webhelp boosts its HR with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Webhelp announced it is centralizing and upgrading its human resources management with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). The implementation is a key element of Webhelp’s multi-year digital transformation program, supporting the company’s global growth.

Headquartered in France, Webhelp is a global provider of business process management, customer experience and outsourcing services. As an international organization with multiple legacy solutions due to its rapid global expansion, Webhelp looked to consolidate its HR software.

The company wanted a single application that would provide employees with an improved user experience and access to a robust HR system to meet the needs of the company’s rapidly-evolving global workforce. As a people-first company, ensuring a best in class employee experience throughout, including the use of support systems, is a key element of Webhelp’s culture. After reviewing multiple vendor solutions, it selected Oracle Cloud HCM.

“We have selected Oracle Cloud HCM because of its flexibility and user experience, as well as the similarities between Oracle’s corporate culture and ours. We will now be able to simplify our processes, save time through automation and improve the quality of the data we collect,” Global HR IS Director at Webhelp Elisabeth Coeffe explains.

“We are proud to support Webhelp as it transforms a critical business process in a modern Cloud environment,” said Patrice Barbedette, senior vice president of HR Solutions at Oracle. “This is an ambitious implementation that will provide Webhelp with a single source of truth for all HR data across its global workforce, enabling it to speed up decision-making and smoothen their employee’s user experience everywhere, especially when scaling quickly as the company continues its rapid global expansion.”

Oracle Cloud HCM offers a high degree of flexibility and will allow Webhelp to gather, analyze and act on data from across the organization. The platform will give HR managers, employees, and executives a unified user experience across all devices, allowing the global team to use digital HR services remotely, regardless of location. Additionally, Oracle Cloud HCM will drive cost optimization and improve data quality across the business.

Webhelp’s implementation will include Core HR, Time and Activity Management, Talent Management, Mobility and Career Management, alongside Compensation and Benefits modules.

Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) member Des Systemes & des Hommes will oversee the Fusion Cloud HCM implementation, and consultancy BearingPoint will be responsible for Change Management.
