Capita appoints three new managing directors to Customer Experience division

Capita has appointed three new managing directors to its Capita Experience division. The new hires report directly to the CEO of Capita Experience, Aimie Chapple, and will lead Capita’s growth in its financial services, telco, media and technology markets in the UK and internationally.

Aparajita Ajit is the new managing director for Capita’s financial services market – which include mortgage, banking, pensions and payment solutions – and will involve Aparajita working across regulated and non-regulated environments. Prior to joining Capita Aparajita worked for Genpact, a global transformation company, where she was the Vice President and Global Relationship Partner in Europe.

Mark Billingham has been appointed managing director for Capita’s telco, media & technology market. He joins Capita from The Very Group, where he held the roles of Group Customer Care Director & Chief Operating Officer for financial services. Prior to Very, Mark led Customer Experience and digital transformation at Vodafone UK.

Bob Buiaroski is Capita’s new managing director for International Markets. His previous role was Chief Operating Officer at State Street, a US financial services company, in its Global Clients division. Prior to this, Bob led customer and digital transformation for the Canadian business at Manulife then across all regions globally.

Capita is one of Western Europe’s leading customer experience businesses, with market-leading positions in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland and a number two position in Germany.
