Citrix Systems, Inc., announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which affiliates of Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”), a leading global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation (“Evergreen”), an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management L.P.
