Route 101 Ltd. – Zendesk Premier Partner and Solution Development Partner of the Year for EMEA has announced the formation of the UK Zendesk User Group (ZUG).

Created in partnership with Zendesk, the group will enable the UK Zendesk user community to network, share best practice, and understand how to optimise their Zendesk solutions to the maximise effectiveness within their organisations.

Featuring exclusive insights surrounding the priorities for 2022 and beyond, alongside an “Inside Track” on roadmap and specific product features, the UK Zendesk User Group will establish a space for members to network, participate in quarterly meet-ups, and gain a greater insight into all things Zendesk.

The new User Group offers members the ability to participate in quarterly meet-up sessions, discuss their experiences with Zendesk and join a community of UK Zendesk users. The first virtual session is on Wednesday 9th March.
