Focus Group are delighted to announce the acquisition of Incom-CNS Group Limited (Incom), a highly regarded unified communications provider with offices in Manchester and South Wales.
As a result of significant investment from Bowmark Capital in 2020, Focus Group has subsequently acquired and invested in multiple companies to build out its geographical presence and further support its customer base of over 25,000 businesses across the UK.
The acquisition of Incom brings two new strategic locations to the group, with a strong foothold in both the Northwest and Wales. Together with geographical impact, Incom brings specialist contact centre expertise to the group and an excellent reputation with Mitel, having recently been awarded Platinum Partner status.
The acquisition will see David Hughes (CEO) and Jason Kilvert (CTO) continuing to lead the business, with further investment into the team anticipated to fuel ongoing growth. Incom-CNS Group will become another strategic regional hub for the group and will continue to operate under its existing brand name for the foreseeable future.
