Jennifer Lee Assumes Chief Operating Officer Role at Intradiem

Intradiem, the leading provider of Intelligent Automation solutions for contact centre and back-office teams, announces that Jennifer Lee has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.

Jennifer joined Intradiem in 2015 as Director of Customer Success, and she was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Customer Success (2017), Senior Vice President of Customer Success (2018) and Chief Strategy Officer (2019).

Prior to Intradiem, Jennifer spent 15 years in the contact centre industry in a variety of positions, including senior roles in strategy, client services and vendor management.

In the COO role, Jennifer is responsible for driving results across multiple functional organizations at Intradiem, including Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Product Management.
