TTEC Celebrates Grand Opening of Customer Engagement Center in Kansas

TTEC, one of the largest global digital customer experience (CX) technology and services innovators for end-to-end, digital CX solutions, opened its newest Customer Engagement Center near Kansas City.

The new Overland Park facility hosts employees on-site and supports those who will continue to work remotely in the area with coaching, team meeting spaces, and technology support. The company announced the site in May 2021 but delayed the grand opening to prioritize the safety and security of employees and the public. Employees hired since early 2021 have been working remotely.

The company is continuing to hire in Kansas. This month TTEC announced plans to hire 70 additional full-time customer service representatives, insurance agent trainees, and licensed property and casualty agents at the new Overland Park facility.

TTEC will continue providing its innovative AI-enabled learning and performance program to rapidly train candidates. New employees can expect a starting wage of $18 per hour, paid training during the licensing process, and a bump to $19 per hour once licensed. For applicants interested in gaining a personal line insurance agent license, TTEC’s College of Insurance supports learners through the state licensure process including studying for the exam, scheduling the exam, and paying for all associated fees.
