Tollring’s 8.4 million endpoints mark another great year for business analytics

Tollring reports that it now monitors over 8.4 million cloud endpoints globally across its entire portfolio of cloud business analytics, call recording and telecoms fraud protection services. The company has expanded its business in all regions, with customer growth exceeding 50% across both Europe and APAC within the past 12 months.

In addition, iCall Suite cloud business customers now total over 17,000 with the average number of calls now being recorded across its cloud users now exceeding 400,000 per day.

Tollring continues with its three-year growth strategy, with investment in people resulting in headcount increasing to over 120 employees globally. Alongside its investment in talent, investment in product innovation and sales and marketing has accelerated over the year as the company strives to deliver on its ambition to be the business communications analytics global market leader.

Over the last year, Tollring has invested in excess of £2m in its Microsoft business unit alone, covering the launch of Analytics 365, its collaboration analytics app for Microsoft Teams, alongside research and development, certifications and accreditations, and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
