Waterfield Technologies (WTI), a leading contact centre software and systems integrator providing mission critical voice and conversational AI solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of Steve Kezirian as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Kezirian succeeds John Marino, WTI’s former CEO, who will be transitioning to TTEC following TTEC Digital’s acquisition last month of VoiceFoundry, a division of Waterfield Technologies.
Marino will remain on the WTI Board of Directors.
Kezirian brings 25 years of executive management experience across a diverse landscape of technology and services organizations. He is currently the CEO of Full Potential Solutions (FPS), a current WTI partner, and will continue his CEO duties at FPS going forward. Prior to FPS, he served as the CEO of Goji, a leading online property and causality insurance agency in the US. He also held the position of CEO of IBEX Global Solutions, a provider of outsourced contact centre solutions with a focus on complex, technology-intensive applications and served as COO of CG Technologies prior to IBEX. Kezirian started his career in executive management at Tickets.com, where he led business development and ultimately call centre and customer service operations, and Sprint, where he managed the Telesales organization.
“Steve is in a perfect position to drive Waterfield as CEO, based on his diverse background and in-depth knowledge of the business as a member of the Board of Directors for the past 4 ½ years. He is highly focused on driving customer engagement and will continue to build upon the success of Waterfield Technologies and its executive team,” said Randy Waterfield, Chairman of the Board for Waterfield Technologies.
‘”Waterfield has a deep legacy of leadership within the contact centre and customer experience market. I am excited to step out of a Board role and into the CEO position, working with the team to continue driving growth for the business and redefining customer engagement as we know it today,” said Kezirian.
Kezirian holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
