Kia partners with Feefo to provide UK consumers with real-life owners insights

Leading automotive brand Kia Motors (UK) Limited has partnered with Feefo, the reviews and customer insights technology company, to give the UK’s car buying consumers detailed and honest owner opinions into the company’s innovative range of vehicles.

Feefo’s AI-powered customer feedback platform is now providing Kia with an advanced system that meets heightened consumer expectations as more customer journeys are initially conducted online. Feefo-authenticated owner reviews are displayed next to each model on the company’s UK website and as the partnership progresses, each Kia dealership’s website will also offer reviews and feedback on dealership service.

Implementation of Feefo means Kia customers benefit from AI-powered functionality. Feefo’s web based tools gives consumers quick and easy access to real world owner reviews on the Kia website. While internal reporting will provide Kia with insights that highlight trends in customer opinion about specific features for models within the Kia range, allowing Kia to further their commitment to their customers and maintain their high standards of service.

Kia understand that consumers often place a greater deal of trust in peer group reviews sometimes over more traditional marketing activities and has over the last year gathered over 6,500 owner reviews which will also be available on Kia’s website by inclusion within the Feefo platform.
